- 1 large bowl
- 1 hand mixer
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup flour gluten free flour or walnut flour (make easily by putting walnuts in a blender)
- ½ tbsp baking soda
- 3 whole eggs
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 whole ripe bananas
- ½ cup butter or ghee or avocado oil
- 1 pinch spices to taste, cinnamon, ground ginger, etc
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Combine dry ingredients in bowl first and mix together
- Put all other ingredients in bowl and mix with hand mixer until smooth
- bake for 25-28 minutes (depending on oven) or until a knife inserted into the middle of the loaf comes out clean
