- 8-10 Fresh tomatoes crushed
- 48 ounces Canned, crushed or diced tomatoes
Greens
- 1 bag organic spinach
- 1 bag organic kale
- 1 handful dandelion greens
- 1 handful endive
- 1 handful collard greens
Oils
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
Spices
- 3-4 cloves garlic chopped, fresh
- 2 tbsp thyme fresh
- 2 tbsp rosemary fresh
- 2 tbsp basil fresh
- 2 tbsp parsley fresh
- 2 tbsp cilantro fresh
- 1 whole zucchini sliced
- 2 medium onions 1 red, 1 white
- 1 cup water more if needed to desired consistency
- 1 can kidney beans *optional
- 1 cup parmesan, shredded to top *optional
- 1 box gluten free noodles *optional
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into greased crockpot starting with the tomatoes
- Cook on low for 2-4 hours
