The health of the human body has been my passion for over 20 years in my work as a Physical Therapist. Health Coaching allows me to go beyond the physical and enter into the other areas of life that truly impact our health. This includes helping people work on healthy eating habits, establishing a regular exercise routine, improving their sleep habits, how to effectively manage stress and promoting positive relationships in their lives.
Coaching isn’t about telling someone what I think they should do, but finding out what is important to them and why. By finding deeper meaning in the things they are working on, we build motivation and work to establish healthy habits to lead them to success. More often than not, it is not knowledge of what to do that limits people, it is how to actually make it happen. We break down the tasks into manageable bites to build lasting habits.
