Ingredients
- 2 cups avocado oil or olive oil cold pressed, high polyphenol like chosen avocado oil or atlas olive oil
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard or more
- 1 whole lemon juiced or more depending on the tartness of your lemons fresh squeezed lemon juice to taste – i like mine tangy so i use 2 large lemons
- 1 clove garlic minced fresh, chopped
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar Omit for low histamine option
- 1/2 tsp raw honey
- 1 pinch salt to taste to taste
- 1 pinch pepper to taste to taste
Instructions
